Post Kyosho Inferno MP6 brushless conversion
I recently bought a Kyosho Inferno MP6 roller from Ratdaddy and it took me a while to figure out exactly which direction to go with it. I had a 1717 1580kv Castle motor with a Mamba Monster esc and decided it would best be suited on this. I had a Castle brushless conversion kit for the Kyosho 777 which took a little bit of modifying but I got it all on there. No pics of it converted yet but I'll get some in the next few days.

Here's my questions though.

Anyone know where you can get parts for the MP6? The MP7.5 & MP9 are all over the place but I can't find much for the MP6. I'd like to get a bigger spur gear. With this mount, I had to open up the screw holes from 3mm to the 4mm of the 1717. I might be able to get it opened up some more but I'm still gonna need a pinion of between 25t - 30t to get the gears to meet. A friends 23t pinion didn't fit ...

This spur appears to be a composite (plastic) gear and I need to know what type of pinion to get.

Here's some pics of what I'm starting with ....

Based on the part listings on Ebay it looks like the spur for a 7.5 is interchangable for the mp6. Robinson racing probably has the pinion you need.

That's pretty sexy - never really felt the urge to pick up a buggy before, but I've seen a few sweet ones around her recently, and it's making me think...

I saw a buggy, in my mind I typed buggy, but I must have been thinking about curtis' new truggy when I wrote it. Either way, yeah, I'm a retard.
